    Yes
    according to the news
    Asghar Ebrahim (specialist of Iran Space Agency) said that satellite
    have 25 Kg weight and it have of 250x450 kilometers orbits.
    It launched via 2 stage motor. According to this news the satellite is
    an communication sat.
    Also the SAFIR Launcher 1.25 m in diameter and 22 m in length with launch
    mass of more than 26 tons
