Hi everybody, I have just observed USA 193 again. The satellite was visible among the clouds at 18:48:08 GMT (+/- 10 sec). It reached a +3.0 mag. There were a few stars in the (cloudy) sky since the sunset took place at 18:09 GMT. I was able to take a new photo although its quality is poor (I think this is the poorest photo I have taken from a satellite pass). Only two stars are visible in the photo, and I am unable to identify them: Real photo: http://www.arrakis.es/~obaquero/temp/USA193_20080219_184808GMT_real_s.JPG Reconstructed photo: http://www.arrakis.es/~obaquero/temp/USA193_20080219_184808GMT_reconstructionl_s.JPG I had also the opportunity to photograph STS-122 and ISS. Atlantis was seen at 18:37:12 GMT (+/- 10 sec) with a +1.5 mag: http://www.arrakis.es/~obaquero/temp/STS-122_20080219_183712GMT.JPG ISS was seen at 18:38:56 GMT (+-10 sec), with a +0.2 magnitude: http://www.arrakis.es/~obaquero/temp/ISS_20080219_183856GMT.JPG Best regards, Oscar.- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
