Hi,

Just looked for USA-193 making an unfavourable pass over Canberra,
Australia. Reached maximum elevation at 6.35am Australian Eastern
Daylight Savings time according to Heavens-Above.

The sky was way to bright to easily see a satellite at the brightness
predicted by Heavens-Above for this particular pass and elevation.
