    Your obs is about 66 s early relative the Heavens-Above elset, and within a
    second or two of my high-drag elset of Feb 11. That is consistent with Ed
    Light's obs 2 revs earlier.

    Allen Thomson observed it one rev earlier, from Texas, on 2008 Feb 17 near 01:03
    UTC, and found it about 65 s early relative the H-A elements, which would have
