Just in case it later turns out to be of SeeSat utility, there appear
to be candidate launch and support facilities at 35.238 N, 53.951 E ;
35.223 N, 53.895 E ; 35.234 N, 53.921 E. All fairly modest, but not
much more would be needed for a Shahab-based rocket + transporter.
