    Here is a guess (not visible to "anybody"):
    IGS 4A

    If like IGS 1A/B, it would have two bright and one fainter debris objects, 
    forming a nice trail the first few days.
    IGS 2A (3A by SpaceTrack) had three faint(?) debris objects.
