I had posted

Sun was at 9 h 33 m

The sun was at 21 h 33 m, on Feb 10

Really that 9 h 33 m, should be the opposition area, ie that 12 hours difference from sun, for the
Dec 10 ( UTC ) Intelsat 1R flare.

I goofed.
