On Feb 5, I was able to observe a flare of Intelsat 1R ( 26608 ), on the tv screen

Again last night, I observed it's flare, also on the tv screen.

It was slighly fainter last night, then on Feb 5. So for my location, flare decreasing in
    Brightness.

It also brightest for my location around 3:09 UTC, give are take a 2 minutes, on Feb 5 and 10.
Hard to say when it's at maxium magnitude, so a estimated time is given.

    Kevin
