On Feb 5, I was able to observe a flare of Intelsat 1R ( 26608 ), on the tv screen Again last night, I observed it's flare, also on the tv screen. It was slighly fainter last night, then on Feb 5. So for my location, flare decreasing in Brightness. It also brightest for my location around 3:09 UTC, give are take a 2 minutes, on Feb 5 and 10.
