I have re-analysed the orbit, using Russell Eberst's point of Feb 3 UTC, which
led to the following result. I doubt that there will be any further obs
reported, so this should be my final result for this arc.

USA 193          5.0  2.5  0.0  4.1 v

Arc 2007 Jan 31.74 - Feb 03.99, WRMS residuals = 0.022 deg

The slope is indicative of an elongated object, typical of many satellite buses.
