In PPAS format: 92-013 A 06-02-22 01:28:44.54JDG 44.1 0.3 32 1.38 +9.5->inv Galaxy 5 (21906, 92013A) was taken out of service over a year ago and now it seems to be giving quick, irregular flashes. Apparently GOES 11 (26352 00022A) is still in in-orbit storage and slowly rotating. It flared to about +5 mag at 02:45:45 UTC, 22 February at az 221, el 35.
