The part I order for attaching my video camera, to my goto mount arrived today. http://www.telescope.com/shopping/product/detailmain.jsp?itemID=6842&itemType=PRODUCT&iMainCat=6&iSubCat=24&iProductID=6842 I had to attach a bolt to the bottom of it, so my video camera would fit on tight. The mount is part of the Nexstar 102 SLT scope I got. http://www.celestron.com/prod_pgs/tel/nx102slt.htm I just did a one star align on Sirius. Then I commanded my goto mount to point the video camera at sirius. It placed it near the centre. Thanks to the wide feild of view, I get using my camera lens on the video camera, pointing error's are less of a problem now. I gave up right now trying to attach my video camera to the end of my scope's focuser. This is better for me. So let the fun begin. Tracking satellites here I come:) So my telescope tube that was on the mount is going into storage. I will still use it, but I want to track satellites. Now to let the mount track the star for awhile, and how well it tracks the star across the sky, using a one star alignment. Picture of it, won't appear at the moment. I can't find my cable for connecting my digital camera to my computer usb port. I don't know where I put it. Oh so very happy! Kevin __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
