I recently enjoyed watching these sats: 20299 IUS R/B(1) at 18:33 last night, 2:33 2-13 UTC. Perhaps the fastest pass I have ever seen, moving at about 2 degrees / second, mag 3 as it passed under Mars. 24720 HALCA (MUSES B) flared to mag 1 high in the S, about 18:23, or 2:23 2-13 UTC. I have seen other twinkling and flashing behavior from this sat. When I last saw 25860 OKEAN O in January, it flared three or four times to mag -5. I have seen the same behavior on some other passes. A good one to watch.
