    I will get up for an early sighting of it, if the skies would clear.
    Feb 13 my 1st chance, the 14th much better elevation, based on ISS
    predictions.
    As of 11 PM EST SpaceTrack still has no elset for it.
    What would an estimated orbit change for Suitsat with respect to ISS at  the
    time of my first possible sighting?
