NOSS 3-3 elements; manoeuvre alert

    The extended observational arc of 05004A reveals a bit greater mean motion than
    in my 05058.19763173 elset, so I have scrapped it.
    
    At the epoch below, C trailed A by 21.9 s at the ascending node, closing at the
    rate of 0.75 s per rev. When in their final orbits, C will trail A by about 8 s.
    At their present rate of closure, they would achieve that spacing near 2005 Mar
    01 at 13:00 UTC, so it seems likely that they could manoeuvre to nearly
    stabilize their separation on or before that time. 
    
    I believe that a manoeuvre lower is most likely, perhaps to about 13.406 rev/d,
    in which case, they would be about 1 min early per day relative the epoch below.
