     Thanks for the pointers. First of all, the best
website I have found on using the Navspasur
reflections to generate TLE's is at:
http://www.gate.net/~tomk/navspasur/index.html
Some have suggested that this subject is off-topic -
this being a *visual* satellite tracking mail list. So
I'll stop here, but I am trying to come up with
alternative sources of TLE's for visual tracking.
