two satellites near each other

    Just a reminder to those interested, in these kind of things.
    
    On Feb 11 two satellite's are predicted to be near other. Depending on where you are, will effect
    how close they are to each other.
    
    They make a 57 degree high pass for me at around 9:55 UTC. To faint to see with the eye from my
    place, but well in range of my video system. They will be seperated by less 5 degrees.
    
    The one's involved are
    
    METEOR 1-19  07490U  19740-83A  
    METEOR 2-4   11288U  1979-021A
