This is a full-scale orbital flight with a full solar sail craft. The suborbital failed and supposedly crashed somewhere on the Kamchatka Peninsula, due to a failure in the separation command on the Volna. Nonetheless it was deemed a success and was never "ultimately" needed to go forward for the orbital flight. It was only 1 blade I believe as well. That happened in July of 2001. This should be fun observing wise :) Regards, Ted A.
