Dear All, There was a very interesting letter to the editor in Space News this week on the new Space-Track program, by David Finkleman of Colorado Springs, called Data Restrictions, discussing at length the issues with data restrictions vs. the OIG catalog and the negative repercussions. I tried to send it out, but I always forget the list uses plain text and I can't seem to reformat the piece as sent - sorry!
