    tonight, 27feb ut, I saw first flash ~ 0149:55z and
    started timing 0151:36.9 ended as above.  I tried for
    next flash after my above end time but just did not see
    it.  the moon at 40% waxing was noticeably bright in W
    and clearly casting moonshadows. 
    coolish +14 C  1021 mb slowly falling.
