In IOD format

90020 04 538A   8597 G 20040225154015400 37 25 1526200-380000 48 M+060 05

This is the object first found by astrometrist P. Birtwhistle.
The time and position quoted are for a flash to mag 5. Satellite
invisible otherwise. some 16 secs of the only known elset.
