An image of the DSP 22 orbital insertion burn taken 
from the southern hemisphere (northern Chile) by

I heard from a few people who saw Telstar 401.  One
thing that is sought is the exact times of the flashes, 
to a fraction of a second if possible.  Our prospects 
for the next few nights look cloudy.
