    Hi:

Just came in from trying to locate Comet Linear T7 in my 10x50 binoculars.
    During
the brief observation a "white blinking" light caught my attention. Anyone know
what satellite it may have been?

    Date: Feb.12
    Time UT: 2245 - 2255 UT
    Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
    Lat: N 44d 39'
    Long: W 63d 36'
    Height: 57 meters

Object: Below Gamma Pegasi, white blinks spaced about 5 seconds or so. Blink
            magnitude estimated about 4 mag.

First noted object about 259 azumith at 2245 and by time I finished it
    was
            near 258 azumith.
