    The observer, Peter Birtwhistle ( MPC J95) has posted images
    and analysis at http://www.birtwhi.demon.co.uk/GalleryGS428A.htm
    Bill Gray comments that Orbfit gives a molniya type orbit.
    Of course the short arc ( 1m 45sec I think ) gives large
    estimated errors.
