    I suspect objects 90002 and 90003 are such DSPs based on their
    optical characteristics.  Both have periods near 20 seconds and
    give flashes that match DSP solar panel flashes in brightness
    compared to the much brighter flashes from Comsat solar panels.

    But I cannot explain why we have not found more objects like this
    if there really are 10 or more DSPs like this.
