Spaceflightnow.com now lists the Milstar launch as being
scheduled for Sunday, April 6, 1351-1751 GMT (0951-1351
EDT). Seven hours later, estimated time of the "comet",
is 4:51-8:51 PM EDT/1:51-5:51 PST -- daylight over most
of North America except for the Eastern Time Zone if it
launches near the end of the window. Sunset in Austin
that evening is 7:53 PM CDT (00:53 April 7 UTC), and
astronomical twilight ends at 9:15 PM (2:15 UTC). Maybe
someone in South America will observe it.
