Last night timed Gorizont 16 (19397), not too hard in 10x50s on a pretty night: 88-071 A 03-02-23 03:57:18.3 EC 982.8 0.4 10 98.28 +7->inv First click was 3:40:55.43, last 3:57:18.27. Its flashes are long, tricky to know when to click. USA 39 (89-046A, 20066) was visible, difficult in 10x50s, around 10:00 p.m. local standard time -- just as it was last Sunday evening and January 3, etc. It was tracked in Mike's telescope for about 30 minutes.
