Paul, the local paper said they were launching two rockets
this week. One would go to 14,000 feet and the other one
    may go higher. Wow.

it is being reported down here that there is
some sort of new commercial satellite launch site
opening in Willacy County (about 50 files north of
Brownsville, Texas) they may start test launches
this month! is this for real? how big will these
    rockets be?
