    Hi Robert and list,
    
    Yes, and they even used the arm to break the ice free, I saw it live on NASA TV. 
    But I think they modified the nozzle or its heating system to prevent this.
    
    With all the mails I've read these days about technical aspects of the space 
    shuttle, wouldn't it be great if we could have someone on this list who is very 
    knowledgeable about these details, I mean somebody who works for NASA !
