Here's a link to an English web site with the same
    photo and English caption:

    http://www.maarivenglish.com/

It says the photo is from the Israeli TV new program
"Erev Hadash". I'm no photo analyst, but to me the
photo looks fake. It seems like the distance to the
Earth is too far. The question could be asked if
STS-107's orbit would ever let Columbia be in a
position such that the Earth might appear as it does
in the photo. (I have no idea on that.) The top
side of the shuttle is white, but this is an odd
yellow color. The tiles are dark, of course, and
are on the bottom of the orbiter. Also, I've read
that there really would not be a way to get such a
photo (of the top of the wing) from within the crew
compartment. I wonder how credible Erev Hadash and
Maariv are as news sources, as well as Corriere. I
never heard of any of them before yesterday (no
    surprise).
