    This is from output file of IDSat,used the .ctl file from Findsat for time,
    home and sat location, used mccants.tle

    just before sighting saw unknown, id as #12988,  in same basic direction but
    faster angular velocity was noted, then id with IDSat , 1st time used
    program other than testing, had been using Findsat. I like the angular
    velocity and heading features.
