predics the decay on 
     26 February, 20:19 UTC +/- 19 hours (25.8°N, 160.9°E)
on an ascending pass over the Pacific.
MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02056.238...- 02056.512...
(SFX 187, ap 005) the decay on
     26 February, 21:17 UTC +/- 03 hours (26.8°S, 271.1°E)
also ascending over the Pacific.
