    Hi all,

Here are the NASA predicted TLEs for the first orbit of Shuttle Columbia on its
Hubble servicing mission SM-3B. The first set is valid after main engine cut-off
(MECO) more than 8 minutes after launch, and the second set is good after the
OMS-2 circularization manoeuvre at T+46 minutes. Launch is scheduled at 11:48
UTC on Feb. 28. Because of the 28,5 degree inclination, those living up north
like me won't be able to observe this mission :-(
