With a high, 62deg, elevation pass predicted for Starshine 3 #26929 01043A i
looked for it but the only flash i saw was a faint one, mag 3 (est) at
03:25:27 20 Feb UTC +/- 3 sec at Az 330deg El 60deg to the right (North) of
Cassiopeia. Which puts it along the track of Starshine 3 but no other
flashes were seen to confirm it.
