1979-012B (#11269) Vostok rocket 3.stage

At this time there is no FINAL REPORT from SPACECOM. Their 2 HOURS
BEFORE DECAY message - prepared  Feb 14,13:21 UTC - predict the
decay on
     14 February, 15:26 UTC +/- 04 hours (03.5°N, 111.9°E)
on a descending pass over the Indonesian Archipel.
MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02045.124...- 02045.368...
(SFX 210, ap 007) the decay on
     14 February, 15:27 UTC +/- 11 minutes (03.68°S,112.52°E)
on the same pass over Borneo.
