SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT -prepared Feb 14, 04:30 UTC - shows the
decay on
    14 February, 04:21 UTC +/- 07 minutes (57.0°S, 36.0°E)
on a northbound pass over the Indian Ocean.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02044.945... . 02045.132...
(SFX 210, ap 007) the decay on
    14 February, 04:24 UTC +/- 07 minutes (49.73°S, 52.10°E)
also northbound over the Indian Ocean.
