Looked for the HESSI payload around 02:42 UT on 11 Feb 02.  Using 7x50
binocs I did not see it.  The Pegasus rocket was very faint at about
magnitude 7.3 (standard magnitude around 6.4).  It seemed to fluctuate
a bit but was difficult at this magnitude.
