Saturday evening (Texas time, early Sunday Feb. 10 UTC) from the driveway of my parents' house in San Antonio (29.40N, 98.66W, 180m), I was able to see both USA 160 A and C (01-040A/26905 and 01-040C/26907), a pair in formation, without magnification for much of the pass. They were about +3.5 and steady. This was a southbound pass east of observer -- good phase angle.
