Viewed the ISS on 2/2/02 . I caught a quick view with an 8 inch reflector
with a Dobsonian mount at 18.19.07 2 degree above Jupiter. Using a 40mm
eyepiece I have a 1.4 degree (86 arcminute) field of view. Is there a
program or formula I could use to compute the degrees per second travel of
any satellite and how it varies with its elevation above the horizon and
    altitude?
