Well, it turns out that I got predictions for Tele-X (19919, 89-027A) low in the east for tonight (Friday evening North America time). If it's flashing here (30 degrees north) before 0:50 UTC, it's too early, in twilight. But maybe folks farther north will be able to see it? I suppose it could be flashing at some other time -- I hope. It would be very neat if it could be seen from the Americas and Europe on the same night!!
