Note: The latest elset shows this running 8.4 min late against my
previous prediction. The chance that this will decay on a pass over
the far south-western USA has improved. I show it passing near
Sacramento, CA, at 11:29 UTC, W of Las Vegas, NV (not NE!), at 11:30,
and close to Tucson, AZ, at 11:32. Both SpaceCom and I put the decay
over northern California. Note that the predicted perigee height may be
    a little low.
