Note: There is a possibility that this could decay during a pass across
the south-western USA that (according to final elset of the above SatEvo
prediction) carries it near Sacramento, CA, at 11:16 UTC, Las Vegas, NE,
at 11:18, and Phoenix, AZ, at 11:19. Given the very high drag, though,
the times and track are uncertain.
