Heavens-Above's magnitude prediction for the pass observed by Ken Girodias agrees with mine, which was based on a standard magnitude of 4.9; however, the object is known to frequently exceed predictions, by as many as 3 magnitudes. For example, Russell Eberst has reported it as bright as magnitude 0.8, when the prediction was 4.3.
