    Thank you very much for your replies. According to the data from
    www.calSKY.com which Arnold sent, the flare could be produced by
    Cosmos-2372 (26538, 2000-056A). It would be very interesting to
    determine if Yenisey satellites could produce flares really, as Arnold
    asked in their message.
