    SPACECOM'S  2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY  message -prepared Feb 20, 10:11 UTC - shows
    the decay on        20 February, 12:05 UTC +/- 03 hours (19.8°N, 350.6°E)
    on a southbound pass over West Africa.
    MPM + REENTRY delivers with the last two ELSETs 01051.228... and 01051.476...
    the decay on        20 February, 12:01 UTC +/- 17 minutes (30.18°N. 337.96°E)
    on the same pass over the Atlantic.
    We are still waiting for SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT.
