    SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Feb 19, 21:36 ZTC - shows the decay on
                     19 February, 21:33 UTC +/- 23 minutes (40.2°S, 96.3°E)
    on an ascending pass over the Indian Ocean.
    My final analysis with MPM + RENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 010150.717... -
    01050.872... the decay on
                     19 February, 21:37 UTC +/- 07 minutes (27.18°S, 106.20°E)
    on the same pass also over Indian Ocean.
    
    A remark: My time data and the geodetic position represent a final altitude
    of about 10.0 km on the reentry trajectory.
