Hello List,

I'm trying to write a program that reads and writes orbital elements from
and to TLE format. Sofar I've written a subroutine that reads the TLE-files
but I'm having some trouble with checking the checksums. Because I foresee
more problems with writing a decent subroutine that writes TLE-files I would
like to know if anyone on this list has a properly working subroutine in 
Fortran
which I could use? It is just that I am not aware of all the rules that 
apply to
reading and writing TLE data and I hope to avoid problems asking here.
