We are still missing 3 messages from SPACECOM including the FINAL REPORT.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the last two ELSETs 01050.462... + 01050.531...
the decay on       19 February, 13:54 UTC +/- 15 minutes (04.30°S, 170.63°E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific.
