    1998.024D (#25314) SPELDA
    
    SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Feb 18, 01:30 UTC - shows the decay on
                     18 February. 00:07 UTC +/- 10 hours (04.3°S, 317.4°E)
    on a descending pass over North Brazil.
    
    MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01048.003... - 01048.215... the decay on
                     18 February, 23:40 UTC +/- 03 hours (06.35°N, 210.26°E)
    on the same pass over the Pacific. There is a large error margin: The last 
    released ELSET has the epoch Feb 17, 05:11 UTC.
