Hi All Herewith more positional observations made evening 15 Feb 2001 and reported in usual IOD format- (using CoSaTrak ): 23233 94 057A 0433 F 20010215182838040 27 25 0845530-022515 57 S+067 05 23233 94 057A 0433 F 20010215182717270 27 25 0941550-240165 57 S+071 05 21798 91 082A 0433 F 20010215183958550 27 25 0857080-743765 57 S+067 05 21798 91 082A 0433 F 20010215184040920 27 25 0709770-642787 57 S+063 05 13844 83 008E 0433 F 20010215184649960 27 25 2205230-744447 57 S+067 05 16631 86 014H 0433 F 20010215185157700 27 25 0228060+095994 57 V+066 05 Note: the position/time for Noss 4(e) #13844 may not be up to usual standard - there were very few reference stars to get a position so I had to extrapolate a "finishing line" a greater distance than I usually do. A small error in the angle of this line will affect the time mostly. Still to come: Milstar 3, MSX ( brilliant - went to about mag 1!),Noss 1(c),and DMSP F14. Several others were seen but are too faint on the video tape to process.
