I noted that the final reboost is scheduled for Feb 14 at 23:08 UTC (18:08
EST). Perhaps observers northeast of the Great Lakes might observe some
plumes starting around 23:20 UTC (18:20 EST). A look at the weather for that
area doesn't look promising for observing however.
